Yesterday Dev said there would be another exchange in a few days. I would take that to mean Monday or Tuesday.

After entering new exchange, price will be more stable. What is the exchange that developers are still hiding. It would be cool to see MNE on Biitrex.

Imho the volume for bittrex is too low for now... It should spread among other little exchanges, and the bigs then come by itself... Very good would be bithumb, corean exchange with awesome volume.. just bought some qtum there.. (but i can not recommend this exchange)

It will not be very convenient to use some exchanges known to a narrow circle of people. Popular exchanges will bring more attention to the project.

It's not possible to send the whole amount which one you have on your address. You can transfer only spendable amount there is link how to check the spendable amount which you can send without any error.
