Ok then send my ticket support to cryptopia, copyed from yours too, too lazy to write a new one, hope they take notice.

Did you already checked if you already add the smart contract of MNE in the custom token? please check that first, if you already do that, then there is no MNE in your eth address.I wrote devi, there is no my address is not in the list and my coins too, no, I can not understand. I personally added a token to my purse and I saw my 32k coins. I did not go into the purse for more than a month.
The only thing i can think of is that you confused the address, if you left it over a month you may have confused it, do you have mist? that would show the MNE in the address, I can't help you more than this, sorry if you lost them

My address is not in the list. But I just can not understand why on April 14, I was hit by coins and now there are no coins and there is no address on the list. Mysticism is like that.

Gas min 400000 or +
I use 405000 gas and it works. Some ppl said, 400000+ gas only for genesis address, i dont know where it come from. If youy address is not genesis address, it also works with 60000 gas.

Test under 400000 and you see if you have an error put the gas.
