No, there are no such restrictions. I use this exchange and there was no problem with the withdrawal.

Genesis addresses are not eligible for sale. If you buy then the seller can anytime access & transfer tokens, because he knows the private keyBut if someone sell the genesis address with private key than it's good option. MNE would get completed in almost 47 years to reach it's maximum supply so that I also think this is interesting token.
BE CARREFUL ! it is completly wrong.
You can't change a private key, then if you buy one, the seller know it and can steal the coisn at any time !
