your signature is deceiving... if i were to use any of the several windows based operating systems i would have to faithfully "trust"microsoft and the person who sold me the software on whatever medium it happens to come in. the same with Mac!with linux there is no need to apply "trust" as the previous OS's but you need to have "Knowledge" to maintain the level of functionality and security on your own systems! so trust is not in the equations!
on the other hand this thread is Yes Very interesting and unfortunately only time will tell the actual relevance of this project ! in my opinion if handled correctly this could be a game changer! But only if handled with a very surgically precise formula! and a follow-thru of almost unheard of finesse.
Oh, so everything you ever run on linux, including all the parts that make it up as well are known to you 100%? Have you reviewed every line of code and then compiled it yourself?
If not, you are putting plenty of trust on many different people, including developers and distribution / repo maintainers

it was only a question of time before someone would have made anything similar! well i guess today was just as good as any other day and for the airdrop and actual launch it will certainly be interesting to watch this evolve.

What is the status of previous airdrop campaign who posted their address into that topic how they will get or everybody have to post it again but I also think PM is a good solution to collect the address for this distribution. Rank based distribution model will be more nice.

What's to stop people from generating a large number of addresses to claim multiple shares of airdrop? Is this what you want?
Maybe you should impose some limits, such as restricting to one address per email (it's more work for the multi-claimers) or only allowing eth addresses that have any non-zero amount in them

I suggest to extend it through PM here at a forum. And to limit a rank of the participant to Member. E-mail the bad choice as registration takes several minutes.

Yes exactly, when we were doing the airdrop in the thread on this forum it was restricted only to past users.
Now that we will do a website, we will find other ways of restricting (ex. By IP), abusers will be excluded from the Genesis.
