I joined this forum because of this thread and I'm at wits end. I was one of the people that paid to upgrade my genesis addresses when I received the tokens, between installing Metamask and going to Minereum V2 page, how do I find out what the deal is with these tokens? They are sitting in Coinbase Wallet and the instructions and guidance on how to go through this is clear as mud. TIA for any helpful information.

Minereum Airdrop on Binance Smart Chain
1. How the airdrop works is explained on the airdrop page https://bsc.minereum.com/airdrop
2. Note that if you upgraded to Level 2 or 3 in the ETH chain you will receive a Genesis Address Level 1 and you will be entitled to a perpetual 50% discount on the upgrade fees for your address on the BSC Chain.
3. The airdrop will be running for an undefined period of time, some time before the airdrop ends we will make an announcement. We are planning to have the airdrop running for few weeks to give a fair chance for everyone to participate.
4. Note that due to a technical design decision ALL BSC addresses by default will be a Genesis Address Level 1 (instead of Normal address), the addresses that participate in the Airdrop will have the priority in receiving it in their address. All others BSC addresses existing will have a Genesis Address Level 1 by default and will be able to upgrade their addresses. The addresses that don't participate in the airdrop can take months to receive the transaction.
5. Because all addresses will be a Genesis Addresses Level 1 by default, we will implement a mechanism that if a Genesis Address Level 1 receives a transaction with MNEB, it gets automatically destroyed and converted to a normal address with the balance that it was sent to it. Also there will be the possibility to manually destroy it. This means you can always create a new address and this new address will be a Genesis Address Level 1.

3. In addition to that, 50% of all the funds collected from the BSC Fee Shares Sale will be distributed to the ETH Fee Share Holders
NOTE: Keep in mind that there will be 2 versions of Minereum, one in the Ethereum blockchain (the current one) and one in the Binance Smart Chain (new), they will both run in parallel. Also, keep in mind that technical implementations for the BSC version are still on going and changes in functionalities can occur, we will make a final announcement when all is ready with all the changes for the BSC version if any.

Now that Minerium is expanding into the BSC Network, I hope this also solves the previous problem, Very interested in this project.
the project should start playing in a new way on the new chain, since the commissions on the network are much cheaper. This solution should have been implemented for a long time.I am following the developments also on this one as I missed MNE airdrop before. Now, that they are exploring their opportunities using BSC network, maybe upgrading to level 2 to 3 will be much affordable to many. It is good to have a passive income even if it is not that huge amount. I hope this will turn out to be another good source of staking tokens. I have seen that upgrading to higher level in the previous airdrop is really a burden for some who got theirs. Now, I hope a lot more can afford to mine their coins.

You should lower the fees for upgrading to level 2 and level 3 .
It costs like 800$ with current eth price just for the upgrade

this is the main problem we faced, and it has a long enough period of time for MNE to unlock completely. I hope developers rate this more, therefore the community is experiencing a lot of difficulty with their MNE. Always support their development. Minerium is good enough to look at.

Yes it real but you can't withdraw all of your MNE at once. Your address will be doing self-minting and you will get a very small porttion of MNE in daily basis and you can sell the unlocked token on hotbit. I think that you must read the previous page. Hi, I found a Minereum airdrop of 32000 coins on my wallet (Erc20 Token Wallet). Can I trade them even if there are high fees, or is this all a joke? 
No, not at all. The only thing you can do is upgrade your address to Level 2 or Level 3 to begin mining MNE tokens.
You will never be able to trade or transfer 32,000 MNE tokens that were airdropped, but only newly mined minted (mined) tokens.
Upgrading to level 3 enables transfer (unlike level 2 and 1 where transfers are blocked) and you can transfer up to your mined coins.

Whenever Genesis Address owners upgrade their addresses to Level 2 or Level 3, the mining process starts. The mining process will run for 100,000,000 ethereum blocks with a reward of 0.00032 MNE per block, this will make the whole mining process run for about 50 years.
u can just withdrawal from mining not 32000 MNE
I think I can withdraw 32000 MNE immediately after I upgrade to level 3.

It is insane I got two of the airdrops, they are in my wallet lying there cause I don't think it's practical that the upgrade fee can be higher than what I will receive after upgrading. Ain't practical at all.
Also in comparison with other bounties and airdrops I have received it is only mne which is non-transferable . Kind of a shit-coin

I concur with this issue.
It was getting increase due to the pump that happened with ethereum. A few years ago someone will able to update to the level 2 or 3 with very small amount of money.
As far as i remember in 2018 - 2019 you guys are able upgrading your wallet with only $40 fees.
I think that the fees has not yet adjusted and it must be changed by the developers of minereum.
For this upcoming MNE BSC airdrop, will the fees to upgrade to level 2 or 3 be cheaper? Because if it will be expensive, I don't think many users will upgrade to upper level to mine what they got. Since it is already BSC network, hoping that it will be much cheaper, right?
