Sorry to respond late. R9 270 will do something like 12-13Mh on stock settings, but you need to have a compiled .bin pre-14.4 drivers and use it with post 14.4 beta drivers (like 14.6 or 14.7). If you use 14.6 or 14.7 and a .bin gets compiled, you will get 6-7Mh. I don't understand why, that's just my experience. I changed all of my rigs to 14.6-may23, so I can't compile a .bin for you or myself, so my R9 270s are still mining x11. Also, the difficulty the pool assigns to you makes a big difference on hashrate. The higher the difficulty, the higher the hashrate. I'm on HashHot right now and their highest difficulty is 0.04. I was getting 10-15% higher hashrate with HeavyCoin at 1Gh simply because you could manually set the difficulty to 0.25. I don't know what other pools do in regard to difficulty, but I wish HashHot could address this.
