Any info out there about when the wallet decides to split inputs or combine them after staking? Also, any commands that might be useful to control how the coins are managed. I want to keep some coins split in case I want to trade them but after staking the wallet will seem come combine them all.

What influences the probability of generating a PoS-Block? Only the amount of mature coins, or the coinage too? How longs does it take to produce a stake with only 10 coins in my wallet?
You probably want to add those coins to a stake pool rather that staking in your personal wallet, as a stake reward could take months.. check out https://stakeunited.com
as mentioned in this thread the returns on stake united for monk are amazing, especially for new and small holders joining a community pool means x2 a day (current payment frequency)

do I have to update to the new wallet? the old shows me since days of reward in 1 day but that is already there since days

I'm on the new wallet and exactly the same. Stuck on Rewarding time: 1 day (the weight is also stuck on the same number). It's been like that for the last 2-3 days. Is there anything I can do about it?

I have Upgrade the Wallet to the 1.4.2 ... but nothing happend.... Staking is ON but since days... Reward in 1 Day....
Exactly the same issue here. Weight stuck on the same number for the last 4 days.
I asked one of the devs for help on Discord. He told me to re-sync the wallet (delete the files from AppData/ Monkey). I've done it many times now, the wallet is synced and the weight is still the same. Reward time 1 day. What else can we try?

deleting ll Fils in AppData/monkey? or only the database? There ist a Wallet.dat? Delete all?
Make a backup of the whole 'monkey' directory. Delete everything apart from 'wallet.dat' and open the wallet again. It should re-sync. However that didn't work for me. The weight is still showing the same and 1 day reward time.

I've been spending some time and money on stake coins lately, because they are fun! I got some Monkey Project in the wallet and I love the staking stats that you get with this coin, that is often lacking with other coins. I have done some research into master nodes. If Monkey Project gets master nodes will that affect the current ROI % for regular staking?
There will be a bit reduction of ROI when MN are implemented ..
Seeing the factor of the price of MONK and the supply at the time when MN is released ..
But what ever comes out will be the beast out from the team..
POS Monkey is aiming for a very long-term plan and growth..So keeping in mind of inflation in future few changes will be made..
By next month end there will be an clear updates about everything...
i love monkey, don't get me wrong, i've gotten some huge staking rewards and it's awesome. but the concerning thing is that the main appeal of the coin (the only appeal?) is the huge ROI on staking. So obviously they have to curtail that to avoid inflation, but then what's the appeal at all? Hopefully will still be decent staking ROI and great masternodes, we'll see...
Dev wrote his plans in the discord that's being passed around here.
On their slate:
-Masternodes
-Reducing max supply (and ROI accordingly)
-Whitepaper to describe the coin's future implementation (currently it IS a staking coin only)
In his post, he specifically mentioned "we don't want to become B3 coin", indicating that the devs are aware of the coins' current state and know that changes will be needed for it to succeed.
Go to the discord and read for 20 minutes, and I'm fairly certain you'll feel more confident about the coin's future.

I am out of it, i doubled up my investment...

I have gone through this thread and decided to be a part of this project, atleast for a few weeks. I would like to see how the staking works and how the price moves in the next 2 months or so.

Is there any talk for a use case beyond the masternodes. I saw POS Monkey is occasionally donating profits to animal wellness, which is awesome.

I did the upgrade and all went smooth.
I am loving this coin, looking forward to masternode.
Also I appreciate the fact dev fixed the small bug in the wallet very quickly (and in the meanwhile it was quick to download again the blockchain as it is quite small).
