Jack was absolutely in on this scam. You couldn’t say anything bad about this shit coin on Discord or he would ban you. I think now he’s just covering his ass knowing he will face the legal system in the US and probably do some time. It’s to bad because he does come across as being bright, hopefully he learns to use his intelligence in an honest way and not to scam people.

Sometimes the things left unsaid speak louder than the things that are said.
The fact that they have not responded in a reasonable manner is definite cause for concern.
Just remember who is listed on page 20 - these are the people that took your "donations."

Thank you for the link. Page 20 as you mentioned is interesting. All these people with all those listed experiences yet they needed an ICO and after they hit the big time they never accounted for where the money went and why the project effectively failed.

But that review came during the golden age of this project and now a year after situation has been changed. Now this project is not trusted anymore there are so many fishy things happened behind scene and we got only little hint about that.

Unless we find out what happened behind the scenes we will never know the truth. Thanks to Jack we have his side of the story from the Reddit post but we have heard nothing from the operators and owners of the ICO and this pathetic failed "project"

Does anybody know what username Jack uses here in BitcoinTalk? I would like to see what he posted and when he posted to try to correlate the time line.

This is the BCT profile of Jack Kuveke, the same which started this thread and was last active on bitcointalk at the end of June.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/jack-kuveke-911338

Have you seen Jack's trust rating? Someone invested 22,500 and give an excellent review:

Ran the MGO ICO with great success. Proven to be someone you can count on regardless of what questions or issues you may have. Here's to what the future will bring!

Although the untrusted reviews are not so favourable. I won't quote it here but you can imagine what they say. Shouldn't blame jack though, he is a victim as well

Everything was clear after that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDT8-dk0TVs

Scammed by super idiots! https://youtu.be/wDT8-dk0TVs?t=17s

Facts are not in favor of this project but this level is pretty low as compare with original price which was so high. Now we are looking to see it dying slowly slowly but question is that how quickly they spent the huge amount this is prime example of easy come very easy gone.

Nothing about jack seem honest to me. If anything, i believe the previous post about him trying to distance his name from the farce cos he is based in the states and could be easily touched. For months, this guys weren't delivering on proposed deadline, but he was quick to jump on this board and insult anyone that brought up info related to that/ make claims that anyone could visit their office to see the great stride they were making in development. That asshole personally made claims that can't be quantified. All one needs to do is go thru his earlier post.

I know this cos i was an ico investor, and was a big proponent of the coin till i realized that we were been lead to BS central. So if i and several others who were outsiders were able to discover that the whole thing is a facade within a few months, i wonder what took him so long to come to that realization. My only guess is he probably had a huge argument with the admin, and decided to cover his ass cos he could be charged in the states.

Either way the asshole should also be held accountable cos he lead a lot of ppl astray and i hope someone save all of his comments on this thread cos there are lots of info on there that can be used against him in the future.

If what you say is true then Jack could be in big trouble if he resides in the USA as long as someone files a complaint against him or the MobileGO company. I do not know what his user his here so have no idea what he posted before but if what you say is true:

.. then he could be in big trouble. I mean that statement from you sort of contradicts the Reddit post Jack put out. Something does not add up here. If i had a dollar for every "had i known"
Problem was probably that Jack is a youngster and because of that easy to manipulate. I think he just ate whatever he got served by these Scammer-Sholom-Twins.

On the other side, who knows. Maybe he is on board of one of the biggest scams ever. And all this is just a big big show to wash some names clean. Sholoms are based somewhere where law and justice is a joke.

Jack isn't as well as some devs/members. Somehow interesting that the ones who are based in coutries where they can see a court because of that big scam now claim that they were never part of that and also be scammed. Why no internal mails have been published until today for example that would reveal all the truth?

So far it is just a perfect White-Wash-Story without any proof.

So Sholoms Scammers? Checked!
Project was a honeypot to steal your money? Checked!

The members of the GameCredits-Foundation on board of that scam? Let's see what they deliver within the next weeks/month.

Now that is a real possibility. Maybe the whole thing was a honeypot scam from the beginning or maybe the team got greedy when they realised the money they raised. Whatever the real story I think Jack comes across as honest. So far he is the only one published anything so I trust him more than the "owners" who have gone very quiet.

Very good post.

The question with these multi-sig walltes is also always the same. Who should be in Control if it?

I think Monero has a pretty good funding system. There is an Idea, funding will be required for this particular idea and only if it is done by someone the funds will be released and everything is very transparent.

But people investing in ICO's are blind like hell.

Its really like this:
Give someone in the Internet all your money and he maybe will do something for that. There is nowhere in the world a system that works like this. Give money before work done. And there is a good reason for that. But idiots in the web make it possible to change it. And ya, make them lose money.

And its okay.
Why? Because idiots are idiots and its natural selection that they lose their money and probably won't attract a woman to reproduce themselfes since they are poor.

Look this Thread here. At the beginning and in between there were a lot of voices who warned. And what these idiot shills did? And now they have nothing except some worthless tokens nobody wants.

You are right. ICOs are simply a Wild West of the crypto world. I think whitepapers are worthless and should not be listed anywhere:

if they do not provide full information about who will be legally accountable if the project fails because of a scam
if they do not allow independent audits
if they do not have multi-sig wallets where the ICO funds are to be kept

About multi-sig wallets it has to be someone who has been nominated or selected by a large consensus of investors or quite simply the largest single ICO investor or the one that has the best reputation.

Some questions here really hurt my beliefe in humanity.

No, you cannot audit this.
No, you'll not get your money back.
No, they'll not rebuy it.
No, no one will hire lawyers for you.
Yes, they got Million of dollars and they spend it for travelling, cars, real estates and parties.
Yes, you can visit them in Belgrad to see how your money is spend. You'll probably not see Sergey since he has a travelling& enjoy life flatrate financed by your MGO funds.

This project is done. Look at the Sholoms facebook, twitter site. It is basically dead since they got your money. They hired from their perspective some really cheap trolls and an agency that will deal with all the bad recent publicity.
You'll all give up in 1-12 month and then they clean what is left to make them shining for the real world.
The Sholoms, the successful brothers who tried to make the world a better place. They are so kind and generous. This is was will be left apart from a bank account filled with tons of your money and some believers they'll feed with "soon" and make fun about that.

Sorry you feel so down.

I think you wrote an excellent post. What you say about the audit is clear and true. If all ICO mangers and project mangers and project CEOs were bound by terms of agreement to release a balance sheet every month after the ICO until the project goes live along with having multi-signature wallet with ICO funders appointed representative to retrieve funds from the ICO pool, then a lot of this scamming would stop.

How is it possible that on so many occasions the people behind successful ICOs are the very same people that are behind the failed projects?

How is that when the projects fail there is no audit to determine if a scam took place all the while scammers are travelling all over the world enjoying themselves from funds that are dubious. Many of the same people return again and again to launch more and more ICOs as they make free money.

So sad.

Very good post.

I tried really hard to expose this coin admins as incompetent individuals whose only interest is milking their investors fund, but i was insulted by the members every single time. Kinda funny that after 8months since i started that campaign, Jack decides to state the same thing, and everyone is treating him like a saint for spilling what he should have stated several months ago. personally, i think he is just as guilty as the rest.

Do MGO team has enought money for project`s development?
They need to do something impossible & magic to return the price even to ICO level.

They have enough money but they never accounted where the money actually went and how much money is left.

The project is dead. A lawsuit might be happening soon if enough investors can get together to start legal action.

Why can MGO get like that, isn't MGO a successful project that I know and have funds for project development.

As they say - squeezed. But it remains only to keep these souvenir candy wrappers as a trophy and a reminder that it's bad. I'll make myself an MGO-scam tattoo and put a photo here)))
