I could not find my balance MGO
In the wallet WAVES ?
help  Embarrassed

Well if you have MGO in your Waves wallet it wouldn't be hard to find. The real version is called MobileGo Token and it has has a green check mark next to it because it is a verified asset. Verified assets show up first under the Portfolio tab in your wallet. So first make sure you are in the Portfolio tab (click on the second tab from the left on the top of the page...it is a little briefcase-like icon). Your MGO tokens should show up there as one of the first few listed. If you're not seeing it, you may need to contact Jack, the community manager here, to make sure it was distributed to the right wallet. Good luck finding it. Hopefully it's already there.

Yesterday was available MGO
Today there is nothing in the balance ! WHY

Obviously we all stand to win if the price goes up as project succeeds... obviously

Thanks for reposting the link I posted a few pages back! ^^^

Wink

Does anyone understand how tokens become 'verified' for etherscan to show the symbols? I guess I'll change to ethplorer anyway...just curious

ERC20 is already existing token standard used by ethereum tokens. ERC23 is a new version of token standard.
Problems.
You can't deposit ether in contract that is not specified to accept ether deposits. For example you can't deposit ETC in dao-withdrawal contract. But you can send your ERC20 tokens anywhere so you can deposit BitEtherCoin in dao-withdrawal contract where your BEC will stay forever as dao-withdrawal contract is not designed to work with BEC and there will be no way to access BEC on this contract. ERC23 tokens can't be sent to a random contract similarly to ether. Only contract specified with ERC23 deposits will accept ERC23 tokens.
Transactions.
Transactions between addresses are same in ERC20 and ERC23. When you need to deposit your ERC20 token in contract you should call approval function in token contract to approve a specified (amount*token decimals) to be transferred from your address to target contract. Then you need to call deposit function on target contract to finalize your deposit and transfer your tokens. Note: If you accidentally sent your ERC20 tokens to target contract without calling approval your tokens would be lost!
Interaction between ERC23 and other contracts is much easier. You need just to send your ERC23 tokens to contract address like you send them to another wallet. There is no difference for user to send ERC23 to contract or to address.
100% Backward compatibility.
ERC23 supports all ERC20 functions and can also be transferred via approval method.
Optimization.
In fact transfer of ERC20 tokens between address and contract is a pair of two different transactions while transfer of ERC23 tokens is a single transaction. ERC20 tokens transfer to contract fires Approval event on token contract and then fires Transfer event on contract receiving tokens. ERC23 tokens transfer fires only Transfer event and can prevent extra blockchain bloating as every event is stored in blockchain.

Bittrex is making there website erc23 compatible, the reason why liqui works and bittrex doesnt is cause liqui creates a new ethereum address for every mgo depostit, bittrex does not do this because it would limit the amount of users, erc23 token is a upgraded version of the erc20 token, erc20 has a couple of exploits that are fixed with the erc23 token, choosing to go erc23 was 100% the right move by mgo, it will make it on bittrex just have to be patient.

Did someone try to transfer MGO from Liqui to Bittrex ?

Try yourself and tell us the result.

Dear MGO team,

We have big dreams that MGO will make us happy.

hahahaha idk why that just sounds so funny to me...we have big dream make us happy...

And lastly, MGO is being traded in some exchanges already. Do not you think, bounty hunters have waited enough to get their tokens?

Bounty hunters (although in this thread almost not bad) can wait as long as it takes. If they really wanted tokens in a timely manner there's always capital you could invest! some threads are cancer with bounty hunters begging to get paid for their 'work' lol...

Sitting on your ass and posting on bitcointalk threads isn't work... time consuming, possibly (but you're here already...). Work? Not at all.

so what are you doing for MGO ? If you find my post funny, ignore it. I know what I am doing. And I do not feel that you are able to do anything for me, or for MGO...so ignore my post and oil your own machine. And if you try to post here , I will think that you are just making post to increase your post count. if MGO price goes up, we will get profit. is it a funny thing?

i've been waiting 2 days for MGO market on Bittrex, i just don't really understand what's the main problem here? Bittrex add a lot of ETH token smoothly, but not with MGO. I know liqui is fine but most of my btc fund stored on bittrex, so i hope they can short it out soon.

I'm buying more and more on Liqui before it officially open on Bittrex than price will spike to the moon. I think current seems very low as compare with the potential of this market this is right time to buy more while it is very cheap.

Dear MGO team,
we heard that you were working to be listed on other big exchanges, any update ? Have you completed the distribution to investors? We do understand that all of these distribution, listing in exchanges takes time but it would be better if we get regular update, what is going on at your end actually. We have big dreams that MGO will make us happy. And lastly, MGO is being traded in some exchanges already. Do not you think, bounty hunters have waited enough to get their tokens? What is the actual cause of this delay ? Bounty hunters will have only 350000 tokens. Am I right ?

is mgo going to be tradeble in bittrex next days?

Its really strange that bittrex cant solve the problem with mobilego deposits in a short time. Hope that they will do it soon.
