I have no experience with tokens at all, but I should be receiving some MGO on my ETH address.. I use Ethereum Wallet, should I see it like an incoming transaction once my client is synced? Or do I need to activate something to make it visible?

EDIT: found it, had to add a token contract to my client. Works great

In the email when they notice MGO was sent to your wallet, it's also tell you how to add MGO to your MEW.

AND it is also posted on every single site here I think, so please go just ONE site back to 192, read it and you have your answer.

Yes it's right, I've read the postings from Jack Kuveke, that on Tuesday the mobile go will be listed on the market liqui.io and bittrex.

You need to add custom token, read a few pages before the instructions to add them, dont be lazy
