The Ethfinex voting ends in 4 days, which means only one thing—we need all of your support more than ever to help our MGO token get listed on one of the largest and most trusted exchanges, BitFinex!
If you already forgot what this whole adventure was about, here is a brief reminder: token should be listed on BitFinex through a voting process on a special platform called Ethfinex and ending up in the top 3 ranking. Ethfinex has been launched with the express purpose of hosting such voting, and uses special Ethfinex Voting Tokens empowering their owners to support their favorite candidates.
So how could you get these EVTs? There are two options, paid and free. Ethfinex Voting Tokens are issued bi-monthly to traders in proportion to their NEC holdings, which gives loyal users a greater voice in the process. If you already have NECs, then you will automatically receive EVTs before a voting round starts. 1 EVT = 1 vote, and there’s no limit to how many votes one trader can cast. If for some reason you don’t have NECs, no big deal: you can always simply purchase EVTs on the platform itself.
Here’s a quick step-by-step guide how to do it:
1. Login or sign up to Ethfinex
https://www.ethfinex.com/.
2. Deposit ETH or any other listed ERC20 token.
3. Convert your ETH or ERC20 token to USD using the Trade feature on Ethfinex.
4. Purchase Ethfinex Voting Tokens (EVT) through the EVT/USD pair.
5. Withdraw your EVT to an external Ethereum wallet.
6. Go to
https://nectar.community/#/listings and connect your wallet in the bottom right corner to view your voting token balance.
7. Click Vote next to MGO. You’ll be taken to your Metamask wallet, where you will add some ETH for gas, verify, and send the transaction.
