At the moment Verified tokens have a green tick by them. Also every token has a unique ID which can be checked.
WAVES allows tokens having the exactly same name. That sucks. For newbies, this same name can mess thing up. A lot of newbies have been scammed, a lot of them will be scammed.
It really sucks anytime anyone loses money to a scam but one of the #1 rules in any investment is the diligence in researching, and btc is no exception...if anything altcoins prove the rule true left and right because a platform with a good team and logical goals etc ends up looking very tasty to someone while we all know what a bad coin looks like now...
Not all scams look like bad coins but the bad ones are easy to avoid with 5 minutes of reading.
Anyone playing with money that could otherwise feed them or their loved ones needs to be diligent in research 😕

Hey jack might be a silly question but will we only be able to withdraw the mobilego tokens to eth or waves wallets or we can withdraw from the mobilego site to the exchanges during launch? Not too familiar with using eth or waves addresses to send my ico tokens to. I've never had a wallet for either of those. I usually just send to the exchanges upon launch.
Only withdraw to wallets sorry. But it's a good opportunity to familiarize yourself. The waves lite client is really easy to use and user friendly. I'd suggest that for someone new.

It has become easier for scammers to create tokens on Waves platform than to create scam clone coins. With Waves tokens you can cut out several steps including to find and replace the coin name and to worry about compiling code and hosting wallets. It is all about ROI for the scammers - less effort is less cost to setup and run a scam.

Please just read the last pages of this thread....everybody has problems like that, cause they are in the auditing phase, which makes sure that everybody gets the right amount of tokens.

Has tokens already been distributed as I see several 250 size trades?

As long as it doesn't end up like the LSK mess at lauch where SOME could send to exchanges with big initial profit (and some nice buying back in later) while others couldn't.
