The form you filled out is not for responses. It is for cataloging your investment so we can register your problem and get to your account individually. I'm sorry you misunderstood the nature of the issue form, but the developers have been resolving accounts one by one.
I have invested 10 BTC on the first day of the ICO.
It was showing properly in the "Bitcoin investment history" and the "My MobileGo Tokens" was showing "to be calculated shortly".
Then a few days ago when I checked, the My MobileGo Tokens showed 0.00000 !
I then filled a form like suggested on this thread, but had
absolutely no reply.
And now when I check, even my investment of 10 BTC in "Bitcoin investment history" is gone !! Disappeared ! It's now like I didn't ever send anything...
I find it unacceptable to have such an unreliable platform for an ICO and asking people money and making me having to go through trouble to show you that I invested my money in it but that your system is not taking it properly into account.
Like I just said, the form was not for replies. But to get onto your bitcoin investment history. Today a couple users reported the same thing. When I went to check their account, I saw their exact investment histories, time stamp, and even their mobilego balances. I spoke with our developers just before they signed off for the night (1 AM by them), and I was told a display update was coming in the morning their time. This is the reason a number of BTC investors are noticing deposits disappearing. However, unlike other issues there investments are fully indexed and are simply waiting for the update. If you send me your email I can confirm you are in the same boat, and your investment is recognized on our end.
We have apologized for the ICO platform we are using. There were heavy tests performed, however last minute changes were made by the icotech providers, which caused these problems to occur.
