Not entirely sure. But according to Game/MobileGo community Manager Jake, We would be able to create an ICO account on the website when The ICO starts. I want to believe the registration reference in your screenshot is about their newsletter.

Yes. I asked the same question a bit ago and Jack said it can be sent directly from the exchange. The only currency you can't send from an exchange is Waves.

GAME, waves & incent are quite high in prices. And could even go higher though. The demand is getting high especially GAME.
