Sergey didn't mention anything in the livestream about the delays or the reason

they released a roadmap recently with plans dates of release, they released the smart contract for the wagering with mgo but still working on the licensing part themselves, they will deliver in time.

I've personally been buying cheap wMGO at any chance I get because, in my head, I know it's the same as eMGO. In the short term it is worth less, but in the long run, nada difference.
