You probably missed mtv news. Developers today released an airdrop calculator. Very informative tool, special thanks for that. So you can to calculate how much mtv you will get per your investment.
To receive the airdrop you should keep your tokens on the mtv dashboard.

When the Airdrop system starts, there will be a page with a graphical interface , which will ask you to choose how many tokens to allocate to airdrop and how many to keep free to move them to exchage.
You can decide whether to put everything on airdrop or everything available for collection (or half or a third is your choice).
After this decision 2 wallets will be created, on one you will be “locked” token deriving from the airdrop on the other instead there will be free tokens that you can at any time move on your wallet ERC-20 compatible.

I do understand why you'd want serious due diligence of who is publishing on your platform considering all of the suspect characters involved with ICOs, but to suspend without doing that due diligence is just dumb.
Even just put a disclaminer saying 'we aren't responsible' yaddy yada.
