I don't know why but most ICOs hosted by C-cex end up being scams, will this one be an exception?

Yes mudra coin moving from weaker hands to stronger hands . We sold few coins at cheap price to few early supporters so seeing a ICO sell wall they are trying to cash out.
But this low price is temporary in nature. Once we remove the ICO sell wall after few days than we can go back to previous highs
