They are other reasons.

It was poor communication, like juvenile joking around when there was $40 million at stake...
And they are still making stupid jokes and posting photos that look like bad parodies of "brainstorming"...
I would prefer straight up hooker and blow pics... just call it Girls Gone MYST Cheesy

Now down to $15 million.

What happened to the test network that had 100s of nodes... or was that fake?
And what exactly will they find in Berlin that you will not find cheaper in Lithuania?

A lot of projects have early "conspiracy theories" like Matchpool, but recover by demonstrating professionalism.
