What kind of compensation is this?

Everyone who took part in the bounty campaign could write an email confirming the ETH address and the number of tokens received as a reward (from bounty campaign) to receive 33% more due to the change of the token price from $0.10 to $0.067

If you take a closer look at the conditions under which the ambassador works with MyTVchain (at the bottom of the page), you'll find the exact answer. There are four levels of earning potential:

From 0 to 5 clubs
You will get: 1 000 MyTV tokens / club
2
From 6 to 20 clubs
You will get: 1 250 MyTV tokens / club
3
From 21 to 50 Clubs
You will get: 1 500 MyTV tokens / club
4
More than 51 clubs
You will get: 2 000 MyTV tokens / club

So the answer is yes - the ambassador gets paid for every recruited club.

As far as I know, they don't have to be just official sports clubs. Transmissions to mytvchain can be carried out by anyone, even a private person. It is enough that the topic concerns sport and does not violate other platform rules and law.
