This coin really needs a good marketing team. DASH and ETH are moving up massively and NAV keep on dropping. I think with a good marketing team this coin should be worth a lot more then 3000sats. NAV needs to attract bigger investors.
Price NAV is ridiculous low... it should now be more x10-x20

We have been making good progress on the 4.0.0 wallet. You can track our progress on the github repository if you’re interested in which particular issues have been resolved.
We have come to the hard decision to not renew Petros employment contract moving forward. He has been very helpful to Nav Coin and has got our coin added to many new exchanges and services. We are very grateful to him for his service to date and we part ways on good terms. The team feels we really need someone with a stronger digital strategy or marketing background to take the reigns to bring some ambitious marketing campaigns to life for us.
I have been reaching out some start up groups here in New Zealand this week and come up with 3 potential candidates to fill the role so far. These people either have previous experience on the marketing team of a blockchain business or work in advertising / marketing as digital strategists. I am interviewing them over the next few days and am hoping to have one of them on board by next week sometime.
I am personally really excited at what a strong marketing presence could do for Nav Coin and it is all happening at a really opportune time. March is shaping up to be a big month for Nav Coin and a good digital strategy will complement our development efforts perfectly.
In March we are hoping to combine and release the following:
- Nav Coin Core 4.0.0 wallet for Linux, OSX and Windows.
- NavTech 1.1 release with full unit test coverage and bug fixes.
- Nav Coin Website design update.
- Nav Coin Raspberry Pi Stake Box image (with 4.0.0 core).
At this point it is looking like the 3rd or 4th week of march for this release as we also want some time to plan our marketing campaign around the release of this new software suite.
These releases will put us in a great position to continue with the rest of the projects on our timeline.
We will keep you informed if we need to move these dates forward or backwards for whatever reason, even we can not predict the future. But I wanted to put this out there as our goal for the month so everyone is aware of what we are achieving.
We have also been thinking about how to fund Nav Coins future developments. We are having some interesting discussions around potentially altering the staking method in the new core to account for a small donation to a development fund. We haven’t figured out what it would look like yet, but I can assure you it would be nothing crazy like Z-Cash’s 10% founders reward. Great. They have encountered some serious issues on the server side, so u shouldnt expect them to come online in the next year or two. I and few others will be calling out sock puppets dancing to the tune of nav team and smashing them down with the force of a powertrain!

This coin has many problems, hope they can solve them, but i think it got a huge amount of backholders atm ok to sell at the same price.
They open one concern after another one.
Also they promised to announce news, but so far it was a big lie from the marketing team. Then after they quikly replace(fire) the marketing person that said that but guess what NO NEWS Great job NOT.
Once the marketing team said news was coming but they could not yet deliver. Perhaps people should stop pushing to get deadlines out of people. They work hard and when things are done, they are done!
The development team has made clear that they know about the current issues with the full node wallets. They have decided that small fixes all the time won't be smart, so instead they make one big update to fix all issues, the core upgrade. This will enable good things for future development.
Replacing the marketing team members has been a decision made to find people more suitable for the current tasks ahead.
I understand people do not like the price now but do not just look at the past months. Over the last year Nav Coin has shown great development and profits. No reason with current plans and development that would stop. It is work in progress and goes the good direction!

Hello, i am very new to cryptocurrencies trading , i started the trade on Poloneix platform . i had 3 bitcoins changed them to Zcash which left me with big losses as the price of the zcach fall dramatically. then i switched to trade Navcoin , again this coin lost its value next day as i bought it .Now i have 30000 NAV coins . i cant even sell them . i am not sure that this coin can revitalize or even regain its value . How can assure me that i am not right and there is a chance for this coin to be worthy . please advise . many thanks in advance

I dont have that much. In fact, I dont hold any nav lads. I would love to, but I dont have any btc left. Sold everything, and dumped the remnants yesterday night. If u earn a living from staking nav I pity u, and will perhaps make a donation to ur dad, he will use that money to slightly repair walls in a punk garage where u live.
Um It's more like a a savings account that actually pays interest. and value can increase much more that that over time.
you don't live off your savings. I NAV dropped to 1 sat I would be very disappointed but it would not change my life. If it went up to LTC levels My retirement will be a lot more pleasant.
