doing is hyping, but as far as payouts you seem to cut off anything older than 12-21-16. You have made
this pitch now please move along. Any reputable investments service would not represent their firm in

Although there's a problem sincying 3.9.0 from scratch still you can download the blockchain and run it with no problems.
I am using 3.9.0 in both Windows and OSX.

Just remember NAV Coin just released a groundbreaking descentralisation of anonymous tech NAVTech and that has been the priority in the last few weeks.

The wallet fix 3.9.1 should have the highs priority.
To offer a non working wallet on the website, should not be more then 3 days.
All who are intersted now in NAV because of the cheap price, will maybe not invest because the wallet not works.

Or offer wallet 3.7.0 again, and take more time for 3.9.1.
But dont offer a non working wallet for long time on the website.

Unless the site owners can provide a plausible explanation for these returns I can only assume its a ponzi.

Probable answer:  Plan 1 is just bait. It will pay normally at such small amounts. Other plans may pay long enough to appear legit (using the coins of other "investors") until at some point they get enough high amount contracts, then start "delaying" payments due to "technical problems" but still accept new contracts.

Then, one fine day they will disappear.

Very odd to see the Coinitrage updates for Dec. 21-24th, 2016, but replies are from July 2016. As I understand a little Chinese their replies are
not very flattering in regards to this investment plan. I would have to agree with the Ponzi assessment and would not risk too much. If you make
any where near the profit payout, take it and run. The set up would seem to me by paying out the smaller amounts the next logical step is someone
will take more risk and drop a much larger amount only to be taken in by the scam. Hopefully you can take them first.
