Its the same story like a half year before. There were a lot of bad voices that anon is scam and false.Only believers won, when they didnt listen to all this fuders and were holding their coind strong. There was only one rule-you had to have a lot of patience. Now everything is the same :we have an amazing projects and we only need time.I am sure next half year those who will hold nav strong will be rich. But warning! It is not so simple. There will be many fudders and other difficulties

NAV Coin [NAV]
Huh I thought the next step was about nodes distribution for anon tech, not web wallet.

Improving our Anonymous Technology is the task that pakage and soopy are currently focused on. So yes, we are working on it.
But, don't You think that releasing new Anon just after release of it's first version is hmmm... stupid?
There's a lot of projects, which needs to be delivered to make NAV more popular and attractive for average users. Anonymous Technology needs users, that's why we need to release also other features / projects, not only improve Anon Technology.
Also remember that other projects needed nearly half a year to get open source.

Hope it explains that to You

Cheers Wink

But didnt your team say that decentralized nodes will be till April ends?

There has.never been said it will come in April. Our dev's are working hard on that task in april. And if course we have to be sure their can't be any malicious node or whatever. We learned not to give dates too early that probably can not be hold....

Huh I thought the next step was about nodes distribution for anon tech, not web wallet.

I really thought the main concern about Navajo Anonymity feature was that the nodes was handled and managed by the nav dev team, hence "centralized".
That was the major thing pointed out by others crypto people against Navajo newest anon release... and you guys told us that you were working on that solution in priority...

why do I feel like Navajo did an half job here for anon? you guys release a 100% well working anon solution, but the major hiccups was the node centralization and instead of *fixing* that, you are working on webwallet?

I understand that your choice of going with development of webwallet (and after a mobile one) is related to make NavajoCoin used by people and providing a user-friendly way to adopt Navajo.  I understand also that the current Navajo anon feature is a fad, or a gimmick, that is not really used by anyone right now intensively, mostly because people that currently own this coin are divided in 2 groups : first group are those that have their nav in wallet and are just staking. The other group are those that leave the coins on the exchanges and are just there to dump at the very first moment they will see an increase in value, but by doing so, they are just dooming their *investment* and delaying any value increase.

I think you should continue working on the anon nodes distribution model mostly because you need to target a third group for NavajoCoin long term viability : the developers/builders/pioneers.  With a totally decentalized anon solution with a well-thought node distribution model, this coin will have a better appeal for that third group and this is the ones that add value to a coin. the actual 2 first groups (holders/stakers in wallet and day-traders) are not those you need to listen to, nor have to worry about... they will anyway be extremely pleased if you are chasing for those valuable peeps that can really add that extra magic every altcoins need.

Hi mate,

We always said open we are working on different sides. And of course a more easy task is able to come faster than a complex task.

Edit: and this does not mean pakage and.Soopy are not working on your main wish. But we already explained what our concerns are.  Webwallet is being worked on without pakage and soopy... So I do not burn theire time!

Hi!

OK, three requests for you:

1) The problem that arises during the creation of the wrong "genesis block", with the use of installer
for Windows systems has been circumvented.
What do you intend to do for Linux and Mac?

Hi Remy,

that fix is short before release!

shahim

And always about the OP, if you really want to discourage the use of Cryptsy for its slowness
in maintenance, then I do not really understand why BTER is still in the OP, its deposits are
blocked for months now. At least put in OP a clear warning on BTER.

And about the other exchange alcurEx, with all due respect, with its empty order list does not seem
to give great signs of flourishing health.

Thank You for reminding about Bter!
Exchanges section in op updated.
alcurEx doesn't have much volume, but there was no problems with this exchange as far as I know, that's why I think it can be in the OP.

Cheers! Wink

3) Both the OP and  the official website, reported the data of the specifications of POS incorrect,
particularly MaxAge and MinAge, and they have changed by many many months.
The DevTeam, when the hell intend to update this wrong information?

I need some help , got a conflicted transaction when trying to send my coins somewhere..

How is that? Didn't you just wrote you still have 100k block left for syncing?  Did you press yes when the installer asked for download?

You can send me the tx id's. And i will take a look

I downloaded the blockchain separately and replaced the files . I'll pm you the info
