Here is a short summary of our recent accomplishments and our plans for the nearest future:

●  Cooperation partners: Naviaddress is further checking the opportunity to cooperate with delivery services. This week the Team met with Dostavista, leading UBER type delivery courier aggregator operating in 9 countries, including India (http://www.wefast.in), UK (https://www.millioncouriers.co.uk/), China (https://www.tanzhida.cn/), Korea (https://quickers.co.kr/), Brazil (https://www.clickentregas.com/) , Mexica https://dostavista.mx/) and Indonesia (https://mrspeedy.co/), Turkey (https://hemengetir.com.tr/), as well as IML - Russian national operator in online shops logistics (www.iml.ru).
Over the past two weeks Naviaddress Team has been meeting up with Gazprom Neft's Upstream Supply Chain Division team to discuss an opportunity for Naviaddress blockchain platform‘s integration with drilling supplies and equipment procurement management.
●  Naviaddress Spread the Word Campaign is completed! The goal of the campaign was to inspire the community to develop interesting articles and spread the word about Naviaddress. We would like to thank all the participants for the fantastic submissions.
●  Media about Naviaddress: Dr. Tim Sandle, Digital Journal's Editor-at-Large for science & technology was discussing with Dmitri Moiseev how to overcome the challenges of logistics by using the Naviaddress technology. ●  Events in July: this month Naviaddress team has visited 2 blockchain conferences in South-East Asia: BlockchainSummit in Korea and World Blockchain Summit in Singapore. Participation in such events helps us raise awareness, expand networking and win new partnerships.
●  NaviToken was placed in trusted digital wallets, such as imToken, MyEtherWallet and #1 Free Crypto Portfolio Management app – Blockfolio.
●  Naviaddress expanding cooperation in hotel and travel industry. Maxima Zarya Hotel (N [7495] 7272) is among the early adopters who are using Naviaddress to improve customer satisfaction. Detailed route descriptions in their Naviaddress card acts as a virtual concierge and literally bring guests to the hotel.

Ivan spent more than 8 years in consulting industry and then moved to IT in 2016. He has proficient understanding and experience with writing Ethereum smart contracts.

Progress Update #3 – June 16th

We have achieved some incredible results over the past few weeks! And even more is yet to come! Here is a brief summary of the things we have accomplished and a small sneak preview of our plans for the nearest future. Check it out!
 
● We have finalized and approved our Strategic Development roadmap for 2018 – 2020. Our strategy is built on the Lean Startup methodology to ensure the build-measure-learn-feedback loop. This guarantees stable growth of our platform. We’ve already started the implementation of the strategy by detailed analysis of the industries that cope with "pain of last-mile delivery".
 
● Customer development has gained traction. Our study of common pains in express delivery industry has signaled painpoints in: inefficient address verification processes, low couriers’ productivity, undelivered post due to inaccurate addresses, etc. We are going to start several pilot projects with national delivery operators and e-commerce platforms in Russia within the coming weeks. This is to capture more insights and feedbacks from e-commerce and express delivery businesses and their customers to code and build into NAVI platform features and addressing services.[/b]
 
● Platform development is moving forward. Our Testnet Beta 0.2 is now live and we have been receiving productive feedback! ● New Team member is onboard. New Team member is onboard. Andrey Gershun has joined the Naviaddress project in the role of Vice-President for Partnerships and Customer Development. He worked for Ernst and Young, Platinum Software, and was the founder and COO for MAG Consulting. His 25-years of entrepreneurial and IT consulting experience will influence and enhance the future development of the Naviaddress platform significantly.
