1. The exact time of the launch is not yet know, I will notify some of my friends when I decide on it.
2. Massive pre-mine. 90% of all existing coins will pre-mined by me.
3. There will be 4096 more coins than the 21M of bitcoin. It seems that anyone launching an alt needs to increase the total number and I don't want to look like an idiot.
4. The coin uses fast re-targeting (sometimes); other times it uses a slow one. It's really a random interval of blocks betwean 1 and 1024. The difficulty will also go up or down a random amount with no perceivable correlation with the current one.
5. (MOST IMPORTANT)  The chain uses Proof of Scam (PoS). Whenever you scam someone you will need to send proof to me (did I mention it was centralized?). It really doesn't matter what kind of scam it is. The more people scammed and the bigger the loss the better.
6. Block reward is also random (-50..+50 SCC). Yep, sometimes you will just lose your coins. You did just scam someone so there needs to be some kind of punishment. Don't worry, The distribution is not linear so it's just a 5% chance the amount will be negative.

Pool operators will be strongly encouraged to jack up fees without notice, freeze balances or simply shut down the pool and steal all the coins. Block rewards for pool operators are halved though, since it's a lot easier for them to scam people. We want to keep scamming fair after all.

What do you guys think? Any idea of improvement or criticism is welcome. Grin

Sorry OP, someone beat you to the punch. Its called XRP, and it was "100% premined" to the tune of a few orders of magnitude more than 21 million coins.

So basically OpenCoin stole your ideas and just tweaked them a bit. Sorry for the bad news.

Good news is, I have a few million XRP Im willing to sell you for juuuuust the right price!!!*

Doesn't really work since scamming is a singular event. Grin. You can't decide "I'm gonna scam people for the next half hour".

you can take fee upfront for mining, like if someone want to mine 30 mins he has to pay you 0.5btc, or for 1h mining 1btc  Grin

Keep the suggestions coming guys!

How about a scan of your passport, a recent bill and your mother's maiden name are required before you can buy the client?

You can pay me off with -10000 to +10000 coins right away.

As luck would have it, you're one of the unlucky 5% Sad

Please send me 10000 SCC as soon as I've transferred you the $1,000,000 (one million) processing fee.

You should have a paid-for, closed source, mining client.
