There will be 10 000 004 coins. Now only 504272 coins have been mined (the premining ( 5%)). 104 as well as in the given topic 104 purse address, between them will be distributed to 1004 coins

if PoW phase was mined by dev, This coin is not POW. You should write Pure PoS.

Use terms correctly, "premine" means percentage of mineable coins, so 507k is 100%. Further it's PoS only.
Bounty is very vague BTW.
