Step one - Accept the crowdsale terms
Step two - Fill in your e-mail in the e-mail window.
Step three - Fill in your Bitcointalk username (optional.)
Step four - Choose your escrow options, Newbium (Nxt) which is non escrow or Newbium (Eth) which is escrow.
Step five - Deposit bitcoin to the address provided.

If Nxt is traded in currently for 100 it's .00159 btc which is $0.71. So 100 to 1 as far as Nxt to Newbium would put it' s trade in value at 71 cents per token.

The part of Newbium on the Nxt blockchain is represented by Newbium (Nxt) tokens & the part of Newbium on the Ethereum blockchain is represented by Newbium (Eth) tokens.

The Newbium crowdsale has two options
1) Option one is linked to Newbium (Nxt blockchain) tokens. This option is non-escrow making it higher risk. To offset the higher risk for crowdsale participants, Newbium (Nxt) tokens will be distributed immediately on completion of the crowdsale. If the crowdsale capped is reached before May 31st then Newbium (Nxt) tokens will be distributed before May 31st as well. Trading of Newbium (Nxt) tokens will begin immediately after the distribution.
2) Option two is linked to Newbium (Ethereum blockchain) tokens. This option is escrowed making it a lower risk. Due to the lower risk for crowdsale participants, Newbium (Eth) tokens will be distributed after the crowdsale period has ended. Trading of Newbium (Eth) tokens will not begin immediately after distribution.
