I found the root cause of
"Could not verify transaction bytes (server side)."

WebGui and core code had a different genesis account information.

Aliases could still created with old HTML form:
https://woll-e.net:9876/alias.html

Bug is fixed and woll-e.net peer is up to date.

new testnet release:

Forging:

If you want to forge you need not leased out balance and an outgoing transaction. This transaction publishs your public key in blockchain. You have always wait for 1440 confirmations. Then it is possible to forge.
