Hmm, it's important to be listed on a exchange. But i wouldn't try to get it on btc38.com. It seems, they have a really small total volume of trades and it could be a negative commendation for us.
For example if we would only listed on btc38.com and the next step would be a application on the next bigger exchanges. They would like to watch the exchnage volumes on btc38 and will see only a small transaction volume because the whole exchange is not the biggest one
I would prioritize our voting commitment to HitBTC.com & BTER.com

i had submitted a ticket to en.btc38.com, the biggest alt-coin exchange in China, they have replied to me, but we need a Chinese name, let's get down and discuss what is the best Chinese name for NFD. they will add us on their voting area after we give them a Chinese name. it's better to close to the NFD's original intention.(nxt fair distribution)
by the way, if you love NFD, can you just edit your signature like this?

If I understand it correct then is 1 vote per hour free. You can vote up to 10 times per hour, but the other 9 votes cost > 100 BTR.
BTR you can only receive when you trade anything from or to CNY.

I traded DOGE for BTC, looks like it's based on the volume. 1 BTC worth of trade gets 5000 Bter points.
