You don't deserve name "Ninja coin" with IPO and those specs for coin... 

should be like this:

1. The development team reserves 5%.
2. Limit the number of investors to 300
3. Limit the amount of investment to 0.03~0.5 btc per capita

   or this coin will be dead

Not so good for this coin, the number of investors is too small ,   limit the spread of this coin.
