Try rebooting pc. Then if problem still persis we can log into your pc with Team Viewer. If problem persists install Team Viewer and send credentials by PM pls. Make sure you have a good internet connection.
1. Copy entire directory as backup
2. Delete all files except wallet.dat, DO NOt DELETE this file.
3 Then run wallet again.
Remember the first time the blockchain has to download and that takes a few minutes up to 30 minutes if the Internet is not fast and this will show the wallet as out of sync, but after the blockchain is downloaded, that message will disapear.
Back up your windows wallets regularly and off-site preferably.
