The project is really interesting. How do you plan to acquire startups into this? And in which areas they likely would be (of course smth connected with blockchain) - blockchain-tech, platforms, marketplaces, hardware etc.?

One more thing. How will startups be pre-moderated? Will you give any bounties to the expert moderator-volunteers or smth else? If the platform will receive 5000 applications it will be hard task for investors to view and vote/rate every single startup & choose the best ones.

We offer a non-standard approach in the organization of the ICO and this of course causes many people bewilderment.
The remuneration for developers. This is done in order to emphasize outsourcing in development.
We are planning an ICO to collect pre ICO funds. Which will be distributed between start-ups to buy their tokens. The profit of the accelerator is the commission that the accelerator receives for helping the startup in conducting the ICO.
Part of the funds from this profit goes to pay for the work of specialists, part for the replenishment of the preICO fund and part for dividend payments. The proportions of this distribution are determined by voting.

Why are you allocating 20% for bounty campaign? Is this ICO at that time a successful strategy? Ideally not have the whitepaper ready before any announcement and project launch? Apparently things are happening now and will happen during ICO, is it the right way to do things?
