Guys and gals, I'm a newbie in ICO's and I made the mistake not to read your thoughts and evaluation on this NUMIV coin. 
I paid BTC to "my wallet" on the NUMIV website with the intention to buy some coins in the presale. This did not work out, presale was over in under 5 minutes and my order did not get through.
Problem is after reading your evaluation here and after doing my own due diligence I don't want to invest in this ICO. But I can't withdraw my BTC, support is not answering the question how to withdraw. What would you do in my situation: Buy NUMIV coin in the ICO with the chance to dump later for higher price even though I think it might be a scam or not buy in this ICO and hope that withdrawal of by BTC might be possible in the future after the ICO? Any advcice is appreciated.

My thoughts, the handwriting is obviously scam, and very few people would actually fall for this shit. Keep writing to admin although I doubt if they might want to give up your donation. If not announce them on all their public channels and social media platforms for the general public to see. Good luck mate.

Indeed this project is very laughable. I came here to see things for myself and confirm what I heard. At least try to hire professionals to do the Public Relations and edit your write-ups. If you guys are serious, partner with reputable icons in the cryptospace from the western world as advisors.
