I just noticed something a bit peculiar on the NXTCrypto Leased Forging Cooperative webpage "Status" section. I was under the impression that was the only NXT forging pool, and perhaps it is, but when I read the following from the pools status page, I started to wonder: "The pool has forged 5.4166666666667% of the last 1440 blocks."

I imagined there was/are a whale or two out there who may be forging on their own, but NEVER did I imagine they were capable of forging 95% of all NXT blocks.

Several weeks ago, the NXT Forging Pool was down, and the owner moved it to a different address within a few days. After, everything was EXACTLY the same (except for the URL), & all was well again. Perhaps I just missed the display stating the percentage of Blocks forged by the pool in the past, but something tells me I would have taken notice MUCH sooner with it being that low.

After checking the Top 300 "Rich List" there is one account that has a large balance coupled with leased forging power from one other account, but other than that, many of the whales are NOT forging (or leasing their balances either). Have a look HERE: http://www.mynxt.info/accounts/

Does anyone know of any other NXT forging pools, or if we should be preparing to sell before a massive dump? Any and all additional info will hep!

It means the IP address assigned to the customer who runs a NXT node now was used by someone else in the past for suspicious activity. Hosting companies have a limited selection of IP addresses which they give to new customers when old customers leave, some of whom were bad actors. Avast should offer a whitelist to mark it as false positive and not trigger a warning, did you look through its setting?

yes, it's only a test. But isn't it great that such a big bank uses Nxt for this test. The same with the Russian authorities who used Nxt for voting testing a few months ago. These are signals that organizations like Nxt, because it's proven solid tech and uses JAVA.

Did you know you can mine NXT (and buy Ardor with it on the Nxt Asset Exchange!) in the Lucky node project?
Computational and bandwidth requirements are very low - some users run it on a Raspberry Pi.
Run the node 24/7 or as often as you can while you work or play.
Join in with the over 100 nodes that are already in the project.
