Can you make a webpage allows users to upload and download BT seed, download the user pay NEC, upload download user seeds were obtained after NEC? The platform can collect fees.

Please remove "PhenixEx" from the list of exchanges. The owners ran away with the coins.

Note: There is no bug in the pos code but some PoW/PoS coin are created anyhow with important bugs. Neocoin is stable and without these bugs, there is no problem like other POW/POS coins, no fork issues and no sync issues.
