Each sub-team of UVC exsits in university as kind of like club, they follow the procedure each university asks to build a new club(Some of universities already had Crypocurrency club, UofT etc.), and they will take charge of those said things in OP. We are asking for each sub-team should at least have 3 managers, that take charge of finance, marketing, and IT respectively.

We now have six top universities settled UVC branch(before launch, and it's keeping increasing), every branch team needs supports from dev team, there is no way our team will dump those coins instead of using it to make our coin better. And yes, your suggestion is reasonable, since we have not premined any coins yet, we will contact our branch team to see their suggestions.
