I don't think this coin is ''operational anymore'' i try to send sometimes coin from wallet to cryptobridge exchange and they never arriving there, always are lost, so i written off all olympic coins.
I have the same. The transaction doesn't show up on the official explorer, so there must be some kind of fork, and the devs seem to go very slow if at all.
You need to get new wallet (2.0)
To reindex blockchain, delete all from %APPDATA%/Olympic except .conf files and sure wallet.dat, and then start wallet, it will sync from scratch again, all coins you got after update will be lost.
