at this difficulty you're going to be waiting a few years to get the next block with just wallets…

the fork is simply a different way of calculating difficulty, which will be more resilient to difficulty spikes such as the current one

using my generic i5 with wallet mining,
i'm getting 3551776 hash/sec

to work out how long for me to get a block
2^32*diff / hash
2^32*49152065.9191/3551776
=
59436888940.45420694442414 seconds
or
687926.95532933109889 days

then if the odds are amazing and i get a block, someone comes along with a real miner .. and it's all borked again

it's a walletbuilder coin, so likely just mining ..

i'm testing atm with resetting diff, (purely out of my own interest),
and adding DGW3, have mined a couple of blocks with a VPS that was turned off after the first extra block Wink

if we go ahead "officially" these new blocks will go in the trash and the fork will be set in the future.

we'll just see if the dev is really going AWOL for extended period of whether he'll reply soon.

probably useful to note,
cryptopia are going through migration to new servers,
so probably useful to wait for them to finish before getting them to update.

I don't know if he was really saying the truth of being scammed or he just lost interest coz he already got what he wants from this project. Anyway, he just built this thru walletbuilders. Roll Eyes

i have been trying to mine this coin for awhile now but all i have are nvidia gpu's.

i can't seem to find a mining program that will work with them because of the sha256 algo.

all other algo's work just fine.

if anyone want's to put a pool back up i can throw some hash into it.

not sure if i can crack that difficulty but maybe a bunch of us can.

It seems obvious here that you got scammed by someone who has found your thread and because your email is publicly displayed, they were able to scam you by emailing with a fake Polo email.
don't underestimate the lowlifes that lurk on here looking to scam newbies. unfortunately these scammers are everywhere and will seize any opportunity they can to steal bitcoins from people. Angry
