Any projects that does premine and not % out of the emission should not be supported by anyone in PoW community. Go create a PoS coin, nobody should burn their resources on a something that has premine bags.

The project is public since recently, regarding the white paper and all information about the premine will be available soon.

What is the purpose of burning hydro for this coin? Quick pump&dump? If it reached $1 (as the top holder nickname is called) they will simply dump 10M onto the market and slam the price to the ground.

And, if they don't get impatient with the 0.001 price holding steady for 5 years and then decide to dump to make any kind of payback.
