It seems Stratum have issues with PoS coins. The problem exists on all of my pools with PoS coins, not just this coin. Blocks are randomly not submitted because coin daemon sends back an error. Submitblock() and getblocktemplate() are not working sometimes.
The server is fine, no serious load (CPU below 10%, memory below 60%, SSD) which could cause problems.
This affects your payouts, you get about 20-30% less coin if you are mining on a stratum enabled pool. The issue happens on every stratum enabled PoS pool, not just mine. So please consider this before you keep mining here.
Options:
I sent PM to the coin developers, wrote message on github to check if Stratum can handle this somehow. This needs time to be solved.
I set fee to zero on the pool.

- Keep mining here and take the loss
- Go and find another pool which dont have this problem (getwork?)
- Go back solo mining, however that could be unprofitable with this global hashrate and difficulty
