We've contacted the moderators on more than one occasion (also, regarding the spam messages), but apparently they refuse to do their job.
Makes you wonder, why does Bitcointalk even have moderators if they don't tend to the threads/topics.

I just read that average income in Sankt peterburg is 750$
rent is 392$ for a studio in normal area and 597$ in expensive area
85sq meters apartment in normal area 700 and in expensive area 1000$
