The process took longer than usual because you were using a 3rd party card and they had to do their due diligence.

Please confirm that the issue has been resolved.

The wallet just has to employ the erc20 protocol, that's it. It can absolutely be the one you have installed on your desktop.

I had a lost transfer few weeks ago, unfortunately I had a problem with it...loosing my otns... But as I said my manager from IQ Option, called me, telling me that he found out a way to let me recover it, and he was going to do anything on his power to fix it and let me get my tokens back.

He could just stay silent, and let keep the tokens to IQ, and it was a good n large amount of it.

And that's how it went, I got back my tokens.

Now..doing some math.. this just what I'm seeing.. if IQ and OTN are the same people, that's a minor importance by my side..

•1 Isn't that clear that they are the same thing? if you click on team on their website you get the video of the two IQ Option Headquarters. DUH.
and..if they are WHAT'S THE FUCKING PROBLEM, good from their side, they already have good developers paying them with one salary+otns..smart right?

•2 If they are scamming, did they would let me get my tokens back? what would be the purpose to let me get my tokens back, knowing for example that would be worth nothing. AND I COULD SELL THEM AT 50 dollars for example...but those are choices my friends.

Said this.. I would feel scammed if... they would have issued the tokens at 50 dollars at the first week into IQ and then dropped the price in the same day we owned the tokens, that's SCAMMING.

SO FAR. we all got the tokens with a huge discount, that even people who lost 10k into IQ option they would have recovered 3 times with the OTN in the first week of discount. Do you think that even by that we would get scammed? like what? someones said that they are also same thing with livecoin... which now second time they could scam people..now let's do this scenario..

• you got the OTN from IQ
• you sell them on live coin
• you can't transfer them and lost it

That would have been another scam..

But... it didn't happen, and even tho you are guessing if that could have been happened, you could have used some brain and do this..

IQ Option and The Open Trading Network Foundation are separate entities. However, IQ Option are our partners and provide us with the financial resources and manpower to bring to life the design OTN put forth. We hope that's clear.

And secondly, because more often than not the problem is not even on IQ Option's side. It's usually either a transfer to a wrong kind of wallet or a problem with the exchange. If the problem is indeed with IQ Option, their Support team always does their absolute best to help.

It's really unfortunate that you take our friendliness (with all the smiley faces) for smirks and being two-faced. It really wasn't our intention.

You say that we only reply to those asking how to buy the token? Well, that's simply not true and it's plain to see all over this thread.
However, it is true that we tend to answer the precise/topic-specific/meaningful questions faster and more eagerly. After all, it's next to impossible to answer to groundless accusations. Think about it: how would it work if we were to answer to each an everyone with "No, we're not scammers"? That's just... silly. We'd rather let our products to speak for themselves.

And we do try to provide assistance to those who are having trouble with their withdrawals and wallets. But we're sure you understand that when the situation is completely out of our reach, there's nothing we can do but to advise those people to contact relevant support teams.

Everything i see from otn is that they only want to see and as soon as you buy their garbage they don't give a dam. in this forum all you sow and response to was how to buy more you have 2 members here that have blocked otn and one has 80 of them. Your technology is so advanced that even your simple transactions got Blocked. Don't let your self be scammed again be smart sell what you have and you will still get something once it goes down behind 0.000 it will get less than 1 dollar i bet . Don't you read between the lines if you are here to buy they will kiss you if you already bought your nothing to them because they already scammed you? The way they write to members here you can see for them is all a joke whit there smile faces winks etc . The future is like this when they will make the airdrop your ots will make less then you must pay for a transaction but don't worry when you will post it here they will say the market is the market

In order to benefit from the OTN Airdrop you have to be an OTN token holder, the reward will be credited to you automatically (sort of like during a fork). Your OTN tokens will NOT benefit from the airdrop if they are kept on an exchange, so PLEASE do withdraw them to an ERC20 wallet.

Dear saurgoel, I can see how frustrating this must be, however I seriously doubt that there is any logical reason to purposely delay a withdrawal. Even if you have large volumes of OTN, that poses no threat to the project for you to withdraw or put those up for sale.
Thus, do PM us the e-mail you use on the IQ Option platform so we could escalate the issue. Thank you!

I had been trading on IQOption for OTN tokens since the past 4 months, also being a VIP account holder there. Trading on IQOption is the only way to mine OTN tokens, according to a blog post published by them. I invested around 6000$ in trades in different crypto assets and in this duration I was able to earn ~400 OTN tokens. Now, I want to withdraw my OTN tokens to my wallet, but IQOption guys aren't letting me do it. They are just giving me random reasons and delaying the process since the last 2 weeks. My $ profits (from trades) withdrawals were approved and sent in 3 days time, but they are not approving the OTN token withdrawal. I sense something fishy here, mainly because the value of OTN has shot up and I own a good amount of them. I am posting this here, to bring this issue to notice, to the mods and everyone involved with OTN/IQOptoin in this forum, and to escalate the issue. I am loosing my patience, and I have had enough phone, email, chat conversations with you guys  Angry Angry Angry
