Yeah, they are. But you can go to https://ethgasstation.info and check out recommended gas. The bigger problem are exchanges like Cryptoexchange and Bittrex who have temporarily disabled withdraw and deposit of ETH and Erc20 tokens.

I don't think you understand how ETH gas is used. You have to increase it to get transactions confirmation sooner. If you set the gas to minimum, your transactions will take ages (if they get confirmed at all).

Oyster Pearl is one of best opportunities you can have right now. It's still under the radar, and the price is more than fair in terms $=total token supply. Most Tokens ICO's out there are expensive, and some of them even may shake crypto if executed right like Monetha don't have a single line of code on GitHub where PRL have some work already started and you can see for yourself. I think this project will be one of best in 2018 once alpha version is released.

Maybe people will only start noticing PRL when it hits exchanges and then it will be the talk of the town. Until then, Christmas-shopping on Ether Delta Cheesy

True, but development is already something that does exist, unlike in a lot of other projects that raise millions but only have a flashy video and / or website.

Currently PRL in 15th place. I voted already but since there are a lot of members in the telegramgroup, they can make this happen.

A free listing on Mercatox also means that no 3 BTC listing fee needs to be payed. These funds will be more useful in the project...
