because as you said, Oyster needs to be way on top and not even outside the top 75 projects...I guess that few days before the PRL snapshot it's price will rise (that normally happens with every snapshot). After the snapshot PRL price will probably fall as people dump their PRL and SHL tokens, but I believe it will not drop below the price that's now (around $1).
The price will probably drop a day before the snapshot.
At least that happened with IGNIS airdrop

When is exactly PRL hardfork announced? Will some exchange support HF or we need to transfer coins to some wallet? I think price will not go down as now is (around 1 usd) but this coin in future will have bright future on my opinion! Hodl guys!

Make sure to keep your PRLs in a personal wallet like MEW on April 6th when the snapshot will be taken. It hasn't been confirmed yet if KuCoin will support the airdrop.

No that's right. Kucoin hasn't confirmed anything yet. Best to subscribe yourself to the Oyster newschannel & the one from Kucoin to be up to date. That is the most accurate info you will be able to get.

Kucoin will most likely support the airdrop of Oyster Shell. Although it is not 100% confirmed at this time. Stay tuned for more info! The snapshot for the Airdrop will take place on April 6. The block height will be announced when we get closer. The distribution date will also be announced at a later point.

Of course I checked spam folder.
I withdrew some NANO in the past and it worked well.

It's not yet get confirmed about the status of this airdrop in last update dev explained about this situation they are in touch with that exchange and they will give positive response on this. There is still enough time I hope they will support this airdrop promo.
