A good price to buy in the sense that its cheap, the token will be worth way more when the platform goes live, for now, the token is speculative, meaning it can go down or up at any moment.

Good, some reason. I thought PRG was like 1.50 not too long ago.

I understand the undervalued asset argument, but it seems that every time an ICO overvalued it's initial tokens, and then the price drops, the only advice is to buy more.

Whereas tokens like ODN havnt fallen to ICO once and currently sits almost 4x.

Not all projects are equal of course but come on one of the main arguments is that bitcoin is hurting the alt coin market. While true to an extent it hasn't led to every alt coin crashing like we've seen with many ICOs lately
