We plan to reach the goal in a year and a half. As specified in the road map

Hello, yes we are still in audit and test phase we will be ready to launch very soon.
Tokens sold during the pre-sale and public sale will be available immediately after the launch of the platform, tokens sold in private sale will be blocked until 10th of February 2020

thank you for clarifying the information. I didn't know that some tokens would be blocked until February. But I think that the blocking stage will protect your token from a sharp change in the price on exchanges.
