I have no prior knowledge about the project and cards that how these actually works and how much effective they are. I started with cards fees structure and two things were not convenient first physical card delivery charges of $140 which are on average 7x higher than standards rates and second POS charges which shouldn't be applicable. I have to read more before drawing conclusion about the card and project.

why do you think it is offenssively low?

To my mind such quality project with constant updates and working deserves more trading volume at least, not speaking about price (it will go up in the future).
And concerning price if I'm not mistaken PYN was traded for $1 before hitting CMC.
