can anyone explain for me why hardcap and softcap so far. I mean 82 mil vs 4,5 mil ?

Its true that a big and supportive community behind a project is one of the key of the sucess of the this one. Also if the project is disruptive and technical, there is more possibility for this one, so with a good marketing its true that you can see à sucessfull project.
