If you want to improve your rate and thereby slightly raise your payout, please take a look at your miner configuration with respects to gpu-threads & queue - see https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/P2Pool#Miners , and the section about latencies on https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/a-guide-for-mining-efficiently-on-p2pool-includes-fud-repellent-and-faq-153232. It could also just be distance-related latency, in which case there's little you can do, but at least I should mention this

Is there a delay in the block reporting? The pool has gone a while since showing a found block.

I found a block solo mining, but it got rejected 
I got zero accepted and 4096 rejected shares now. Is there a chance that I may never be able to find a block with 315kh/s and 0.06 diffiiculty?

I'm solo minng with 2.5Mh/s and finding blocks. I can see 'immature' transactions with 900 coins a pop appearing in the wallet. This is pretty cool.

Thank you embicoin. It looks like I misspelled a word on cgminers .bat file. I guess it's normal when you forget to sleep

It can be very variable specially when 2 stratum pools + 1 p2p pool are open now... If I were you I would join a pool at this moment... but anyway you can try luck mining solo...
You must have the wallet opened as long as it works as "mining server"... You can also run only the daemon, but with the wallet you will be able to see incoming coins

Stop pressing refresh on pool pages 
stratum is taking the load with no problem at all, im trying to tune apache, so its only the fancy pancy page viewing not is not going so smoothly, but all blocks are being accounted for.. dont worry :-) Jump to:
