Site is off the dev is stalling a new script,hopefully when the site is up again,the dev will roll up the roadmap to this project,the concept is very unique Every one now wants to see the update and the future development of this project..
It's not as unique as you think, there have been lots of freebie coins, coffeecoin did very well but the dev lost interest. I just hope the dev here sticks with it.peepcoin needs more promotion
It will be easy to promote peep coin if there new features added beside those free peepcoin the admin mention that they don't need an exchange it will be hard to attract new users if they cannot trade their coins..
Once a wallet is released and the source is posted it will find it's way to an exchange. If there is nothing new or special about this coin the dump will then begin. It all depends on the DEV team. If they are going to try and grow the coin or if they dump the premine as soon as it hits an exchange.

Looks like an interesting project. I would like to find out more, if only to workout how the hell it would work

So not every one who sign up can get the free coin have been promoting it t some of my facebook friends encouraging them to join because they will get free peepcoins now only the best can only get the coin all along I thought every one who join if you are a part of the 1000 will get his free peep

First think admin taking 50% stake doesn't make sense. Second thing predefined values. How can we predefine value of any thing globally or locally without valuation.
Also dump marketing strategy as asking people to join and invite their friends to have chance to win free coins, it seems not convincing. As user who will get picked as winner then what about person who take him to this coin.

It is unclear I think it will depend on how you answer the questionnaire I'm thinking what if there were 1100 sign up,there would be users that will not get it and does the site has a security feature to prevent multiple account,some of this issues are not yet address..
