I have around a billion, I will check once home.

Hahaha I miss the conversation and the message combat on the old thread. Maybe almighty ruler is the new dev haha.

A bit less for some reason, I could have sworn I had about 1.1b but it appears I now have 739,815,753m

Still have a PCN balance at an exchange/exchanges, perhaps?

I don't claim to be the new dev, but I'm happy to help out with tech stuff, and with the old thread quietly closed I thought we should get one started. If we're really lucky, maybe Mister Peepcoin will poke his head in. Wink

I didn't claim 555555 from the scam dev. I did ask him lot of times. What are your plans for people who missed those free coins? Are there still people like me that didn't claim their free share?

Please see question 1 in the FAQ in the OP.  If you really want to pursue it, you can try PMing the account "peepcoin" on here, but it would be quicker and easier to spend 22 DOGE (yes only 22 DOGE - that's almost free Smiley ) on coinexchange.io to acquire it.

Regarding a coin swap to kill off the premine advantage, it's going to be hard to sort out who owns which funds, because much of the premine has already been moved around, or sent to exchanges.

Quick stocktake of known amounts of PCN, mostly the sell order books on exchanges...

coinexchange.io BTC: 11.2 billion PCN
coinexchange.io DOGE: 0.7 billion PCN
megacrypton BTC: 0.5 billion PCN
megacryption LTC: 0.1 billion PCN

godisgood's 10b purchase (only 10% delivered by dev): 1 billion PCN
almightyruler's purchases on exchanges: 5 billion PCN

So that's 18.5 billion PCN total, nearly half the coin supply accounted for. But you can't just say "blacklist the remaining 21.5b PCN" without causing collateral damage.

Determining the true owner of funds is going to be difficult. If the funds from a swap claim trace back to an exchange wallet, how can we tell if it's someone who has just purchased PCN, and is therefore entitled to the swap, or it's simply the dev cancelling a sell order and withdrawing the premine funds he had previously deposited? I don't think there's any reliable way to blacklist premine funds that have already moved, without risking exclusion of other people who have legitimately purchased PCN from an exchange (or directly from the dev).

Anyway, rambling on here a bit, just trying to make it clear that a coin swap is not a simple or easy solution. I've been buying up a lot of PCN myself to try to dilute the value of the dev's premine.

Maybe your not gonna get anything are you going to hard fork it or does it need a new coding. remember the original dev still have billions of coins under his control.

Then it would be good to fork the coin and swap existing coins to the new fork. This will help to stop the original dev to do not dump on us.
thats right make sure first that swap will be done completely as the prev dev uses his money to list this to ccex i dont know or sure if he already accumulated that money and get back his capital. good luck to you new dev hope to see more coming from this takeover.

The real facts are that the new guys and the old guys are pretty much accomplishing the same things.  Nothing.  While the wallet was re-written and the new guys are less ill intending than the OP, what has actually changed?

It was about time. the old dev did virtually nothing for this coin.

According to a profanity-laden and blaspheming private message written mostly in uppercase (class act, you see) he spent $1250 of his money to get it going. Not sure whether that's also a lie.  Wink

I do have to give him credit for one thing, he is good at generating buzz...

I think everything that the old dev does is a lie, even outside the forum, he never stopped his scam. What ever made you decide to bring back PCN for sure it is backed up with a great plan. What about the coins still held by the old dev?
